Q: Can I color my extensions? 

A: Yes, our raw extensions are able to be colored to your liking and may be lifted up to #613. If you are not familiar with coloring/dying your hair,  we recommend having a professional color your bundles to avoid damaging them. Damaged hair, like our own, can lead to breakage, extra tangling, and excessive shedding. 

 

Q: How long does this hair last? 

A: Our extensions are 100% raw and top of the line quality!  We don't provide a timeframe for how long the hair last, because this hair will last for as long as it is properly maintained. Regular and routine washing and deep conditioning is key. Be mindful over-processing while coloring, excessive hair oils/products, and not washing the hair may lead to excessive shedding, and damage to the hair. 

 

Q: Why do I have to co-wash my extensions? 

A: These extensions have gone through the hands of manufactures and packaging. So before installing, we believe it's always best to gently co-wash, using non-sulfate and alcohol free products, prior to installing. 

 

Q: Does the hair shed? 

A: This hair has minimal shedding. Like all hair, there may be a a couple of strands when detangling, however, this hair does NOT excessively shed when properly maintained. All bundles come double weft to reduce shedding. 

 

Q: How many bundles should I order? 

A: The amount of bundles depends on the length of hair and desired fullness. We recommend: 

12-18 (2 bundles) 

18-24 (3 bundles) 

26+ lengths (3-4 bundles)  

  

Q: Do you install hair extensions and/or wigs? 

A: We do not currently offer extensions or wig installation services. However, we have stylists within nearby suites who offer those services. Please email us at info@crownherego.com for further details/referral information.
