Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Crown Her Ego, your satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we strongly encourage all customers to review all store policies before completing a purchase. This includes our Return, Refund, Exchange, Processing, and Shipping policies. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including cases where policies were not reviewed prior to purchase. All sales are final.

Custom Orders, Wigs & Ready-to-Ship Units:
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all wig sales are final. This includes:

  • Custom wig orders

  • Custom color units

  • Ready-to-Ship wigs

  • Any item involving hair customization, color services, or wig construction.

For the health and safety of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any wigs, regardless of status. Please carefully review all product descriptions and customization details prior to purchase.

Sale Items:
Items purchased using a discount code, promotion, or during a flash sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, cancellation, return, or exchange.

Exchanges (Bundles Only):
Exchanges are only accepted for raw hair extensions (bundles) in the rare event that an error was made on our behalf (e.g., incorrect texture, length, or lace size).

To request an exchange:

  • Email info@crownherego.com within 3 business days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging, with your order confirmation included

  • All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval

Once your returned item is received and verified, the corrected product will be fulfilled based on our standard processing and shipping timeframes. A new tracking number will be sent once your replacement has shipped.

Important Note:
Initiating an exchange will restart the full processing and shipping timeframe, as we must allow time to receive, inspect, and process your return before shipping a corrected item.
