Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing Policy:
All orders require processing before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Processing Timeframes: 

Processing days are Monday-Friday, EXCLUDING weekends and holidays.

  • Bundles & Closures: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)

    • Color Add-Ons: May extend processing by up to 3 additional business days

  • Custom Wig Orders: 10–15 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Ready to Ship Orders 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) 

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Timeframes:
Please allow additional time for shipping once your order has been fulfilled. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume seasons.

Important Note:
Crown Her Ego is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, holidays, weather, or unforeseen events. Once your order has been scanned by the carrier, it is no longer within our control.
