Orders are processed on business days Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing Timeframes 

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, construct, and package your order before  shipment. 

-Raw Hair Extensions & Closures: 5 -10 business days 

*Color Add-Ons: Additional 3 business days (Totaling 10-13 business days) -Custom Wigs: 15-20 business days 

-Ready-to-Ship Wigs: 1-3 business days 

Shipping

Once an order has completed processing and has been packaged and accepted by the  shipping carrier, the package is considered in transit and outside of Crown Her Ego’s control. 

Customers will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS messaging once the order  has shipped. 

Delivery Time Disclaimer 

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimated transit times provided by the  shipping carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates. 

Crown Her Ego is responsible only for preparing and shipping orders within the stated  processing timeframe. Delivery speed and transit timing are determined solely by the shipping  carrier. 

Carrier Delays 

Crown Her Ego is not responsible for delivery delays caused by: 

• carrier service disruptions 

• weather conditions 

• holidays 

• logistical delays 

• events outside of our control 

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery updates once the package  has been accepted by the carrier. 

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect address information or missed delivery attempts will require  a new shipping fee for reshipment. 

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for any reason unless an error was made by our team.

Wigs, custom units, and items with color or size modifications are final sale and non-returnable.

All transactions are monitored for fraud. Any chargebacks or disputes filed without prior communication may result in denied future service, investigation, or legal action. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
