You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and may be adapted to meet technical requirements of connecting systems. Credit card data is always encrypted during transfer and handled securely by our payment processor.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of our website, branding, content, products, or services without express written permission from Crown Her Ego, LLC.

Any misuse of our intellectual property, including product images, brand language, or policy documentation, will be subject to legal action.

All prices for products and services are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue any product, service, or promotion at our sole discretion.

We shall not be held liable to you or to any third party for any price changes, product unavailability, or discontinued offerings. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to custom options, textures, lengths, or add-ons.

We also reserve the right to cancel or limit the availability of any product or service for any reason, including but not limited to inventory levels, fulfillment capacity, or business adjustments.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Some items may be offered exclusively online in limited quantities and are available only while supplies last. The availability of these items is not guaranteed and may change at any time without notice.

Due to the nature of our products, most items are final sale, including wigs, custom units, colored items, and promotional or discounted products. Exchanges are only accepted for raw hair extensions and only in cases where an error occurred on our behalf, as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy (Section 21).

We make every effort to display product descriptions, textures, and colors accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the product exactly.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders per customer, household, region, or payment method. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, pricing, or services at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes orders placed using the same customer account, billing address, shipping address, or payment method.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided. Submitting unauthorized payment information may result in investigation and prosecution for fraud.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information for all purchases made on our site. Failure to provide accurate information may result in processing delays or cancellation of your order.

Please Note:
Filing a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without first contacting info@crownherego.com to resolve the issue in good faith will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in refusal of future service, investigation, or legal action.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” with no warranties or control. Use them at your own risk and review their terms independently.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, policies, or content of any third-party service or website. Please review their policies before engaging in transactions.

SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS & FEEDBACK

Occasionally, our site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies related to descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update details, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Please Note: Corrections do not override our no-refund policy. Cancellations or refunds will not be issued unless the error was made on our part and qualifies under our exchange policy.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or Crown Her Ego. You may terminate your use of our services at any time by ceasing access to the website and notifying us in writing.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, if you violate any of these Terms, our store policies, or attempt to circumvent our order or dispute processes.

Termination of service does not entitle you to a refund or release you from any outstanding obligations or charges incurred prior to termination. Our return and refund policies (Section 21) remain in full effect, regardless of whether you continue using the website or services after your purchase.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and any related policies constitute the full agreement between you and Crown Her Ego. No oral or prior agreements override these Terms.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state jurisdictions.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS

You may review the most current version of the Terms at any time. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms. Continued use of our site after updates constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 20 – PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing Timeframes:

Raw Hair Extensions & Closures: 5–7 business days

Color Add-Ons: Additional 3 business days

Custom Wigs: 10–15 business days
Ready-to-Ship Wigs: 1–3 business days

Shipping Method:
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days after processing).

Delivery Disclaimer:
Crown Her Ego, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, holidays, weather, or any event once the package is in carrier possession. All tracking will be emailed. For delivery concerns, contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Return-to-Sender:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, it will not be refunded. A new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

SECTION 21 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for any reason unless an error was made by our team.

Wigs, custom units, and items with color or size modifications are final sale and non-returnable.

Exchanges (Bundles Only):
We only accept exchanges on raw hair extensions if we send the incorrect texture, length, or lace size.

To qualify for an exchange:

Email info@crownherego.com within 3 business days of receiving your order
The item must be unused, unaltered, in its original packaging, and include order confirmation
Exchange approval is subject to inspection

Once approved, the new item will follow our standard processing and shipping timelines. A new tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.

SECTION 22 – FRAUD PROTECTION

All transactions are monitored for fraud. Any chargebacks or disputes filed without prior communication may result in denied future service, investigation, or legal action. Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
