All hair is pre-ordered. This method is more secure for us and our customers, and allows us to maintain a consistent quality control process. Quality hair is TOP priority with Crown Her Ego!
Hair Maintenance: Our extensions will last for as long as they're properly maintained. Raw hair is top quality and must be treated as such.
Shipping
xWhen your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not submit a valid email address with your order, you will not receive tracking information. Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for bundle/closure orders to be processed. Processing time for wig orders are 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday).
Please note that orders placed after 5pm will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5pm, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing Monday. Holidays that fall during the weekdays are not business days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping during this pandemic! Orders may arrive sooner, however, delays are very possible during these times!
Please understand, Crown Her Ego, LLC is NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by mail carriers, holidays, weather, or delays related to COVID-19. While I understand the frustration this may cause many, these events are outside of our control.
