Processing Timeframes: 10-15 business days (subject to change seasonally and/or around holidays due to order volumes). This does NOT include holidays or weekends. See our tracking & shipping policy for shipping timeframes. 

Bundle Usage Guide (based on length):
14" - 16" → 2 bundles
18" - 22" → 3 bundles
24" - 30" → 4 bundles  (32"+ 5 bundles) 

Wig Sizing: All sizes are based on the universal wig measurement chart, referenced below. You are responsible for measuring and obtaining your correct wig size to ensure a proper and comfortable fit. The most important measurements are circumference, front to nape, and ear to ear (over top). See measuring guide here.

Shipping & Processing: All orders require processing before shipment. Bundles & Closures: 5–7 business days Wigs: 10-15 business days Ready to Ship: 1-3 business days Business days are Monday–Friday only. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once processed, you’ll receive tracking via email. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. Note: Crown Her Ego is not responsible for carrier delays once your package is in transit. Please contact the carrier directly for updates using your tracking number.
