Wig Fullness: (16"-22") 3 bundles full and (24"-30") 4 bundles full. 

Wig Sizing: All sizes are based on the universal wig measurement chart, referenced below. You are responsible for measuring and obtaining your correct wig size to ensure a proper and comfortable fit. The most important measurements are image 1 (circumference) and image 2 (front to nape). (For u-part wigs, to avoid excess bulk in the back, we recommend sizing down one. This is just a recommendation that has been more favorable for to our beauties!)

Processing Timeframes: 10-15 business days (subject to change seasonally and/or around holidays due to order volumes). This does NOT include holidays or weekends. See our tracking & shipping policy for shipping timeframes.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not submit a valid email address with your order, you will not receive tracking information. Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for bundle/closure orders to be processed. Processing time for wig orders are 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday).
Please note that orders placed after 5pm will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5pm, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing Monday. Holidays that fall during the weekdays are not business days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping during this pandemic! Orders may arrive sooner, however, delays are very possible during these times!
