Wig Sizing: You are responsible for measuring and obtaining your correct wig size to ensure a proper and comfortable fit. The most important measurements circumference, front to nape, and ear to ear over top. See Guide on How To Size your Wigs Here.

Processing & Shipping

All orders require processing before shipment.
Bundles & Closures: 5–7 business days
Wigs: 10-15 business days
Ready to Ship: 1-3 business days
Business days are Monday–Friday only.
Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once processed, you’ll receive tracking via email. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.
Note: Crown Her Ego is not responsible for carrier delays once your package is in transit. Please contact the carrier directly for updates using your tracking number.

All sales are final. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchanges are only accepted on raw hair bundles if an error was made on our part (such as incorrect texture or length). Wigs, custom units, and colored items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
