Processing Timeframes: 3-7 business days (subject to change seasonally and/or around holidays due to order volumes). This does NOT include holidays or weekends. See our tracking & shipping policy for shipping timeframes.

  • Color Add-Ons: For custom color requests for extensions, processing timeframes will be 7-10 business days (an additional 3 business days). This still does not include holidays or weekends. 

Hair Maintenance: Our extensions will last for as long as they're properly maintained. Raw hair is top quality and must be treated as such.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not submit a valid email address with your order, you will not receive tracking information. Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for bundle/closure orders to be processed. Processing time for wig orders are 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday).
Please note that orders placed after 5pm will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5pm, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing Monday. Holidays that fall during the weekdays are not business days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping during this pandemic! Orders may arrive sooner, however, delays are very possible during these times!
