When your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not submit a valid email address with your order, you will not receive tracking information. Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for bundle/closure orders to be processed. Processing time for wig orders are 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday).
Please note that orders placed after 5pm will not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5pm, Saturday, and Sunday will begin processing Monday. Holidays that fall during the weekdays are not business days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping during this pandemic! Orders may arrive sooner, however, delays are very possible during these times!
